2023 Course Schedule (CLM 8124)

Course Format: 30 training hours, delivered onsite and online

• 28 hours of classroom meetings includes 3.5 days onsite at NCTC.
• 2 hours of live webinars for course participants to share their experience applying partnership strategies with peers and instructors. Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 webinars and expected to present at one webinar.
• Some independent study features selected readings and applied exercises in preparation for classroom discussion.
   

Onsite Instruction 

August 29 - September 1, 2023 at the USFWS National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), Shepherdstown, WV

• Monday August 28: Arrival at NCTC and group dinner. 
• Tuesday August 29: Classroom sessions 8:30 am - 4:30pm ET.
• Wednesday August 30: Classroom sessions 8:30 am - 4:30pm ET. 7-9PM Campfire Chat at the Firepit.
• Thursday August 31: Classroom sessions 8:30 am - 4:30pm ET. 7-9PM Board Games in the Roosevelt Room.
• Friday September 1: Classroom sessions 8:30 am - 11:45am ET. Departure from NCTC.

Activities in italics are optional.

Capstone Webinars

November 1, 2, 8 & 9, 2023 at 1 - 3pm ET, via Webex 

Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 webinars and expected to present at one webinar.
