Collaborative leadership can be summarized as putting forward your  "Hand, Head, Heart."

Extend your hand as a peer. Use your head to foster cooperation and team work. Connect with your heart to applaud and champion partners including their approaches to recognition.

Discussion Questions:

1. Based on your experience, provide one example of working peer to peer with another organization compared to one example of serving in a lead role in which you and your agency directed partnership actions.

2. What strategies do you use to foster cooperation among partners and group identity of the partnership?

3. List 3 target audiences important to your agency's partner and describe how they describe to each audience their partnership work with you and your agency.
