Train-the-Trainer Workshop and Webinar:

Partnership and Community Collaboration Fundamentals

The goal of the sessions is to grow an OneUSDA culture that builds ability, expertise, and adaptability – preparing all USDA staff for effective delivery of customer service enhancements and implementing the new Farm Bill. This program will utilize a farm, partner, and community-centered outreach model to give staff the ability to look at farms, communities, and partners holistically, then assess and engage with customers on how USDA can layer program offerings and be of service.

Join us onsite for three days of training that will:

  • Provide you with a deeper and more integrated understanding of effective outreach and partnership fundamentals
  • Expand USDA's capacity for outreach, cross agency collaboration, and communication in the field
  • Increase your confidence as an instructor of applied training
  • Support your use of peer-learning for partnership and community collaboration fundamentals
  • Introduce you to effective instructional materials and proven methodologies to support best practices and time management for the planning, preparation, and delivery of regional training
  • Strengthen the teamwork of NCR trainers.
  • Recognize the contributions of NCR trainers in the Train-the-Trainer program.
