Congratulations to the Class of 2025!

The Partnership and Community Collaboration Academy is honored to welcome the Managing by Network class of federal, state and nonprofit employees to our alumni network of nearly 1,500 graduates. During these virtual training sessions from January to June, participants learned how to navigate change by applying the skills they learned each week. This weekly forum, with facilitated discussion and breakout groups, also helped to strengthen connections between agencies.

This was the 17th year for Managing By Network. Thank you to the dedicated Federal Coordinators representing our cohosting agencies, and the guest speakers, instructors, and alumni who shared their expertise with our inter-agency participants.

Managing by Network is a partnership program built on the understanding that learning with and from each other propels us all to new heights.

Managing By Network is cohosted by the Bureau of Land Management’s National Conservation Lands and Community Partnerships Directorate; the Department of Interior Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution; the National Park Service’s Stewardship Institute; the National Partnership Office of the USDA Forest Service;  the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Institute for Water Resources, Collaboration and Public Participation Center of Expertise, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center.
