Applications for Managing by Network 2026 are open

Managing by Network is an applied training program designed for people working in partnership, community collaboration, public engagement, and Tribal consultation.

This live, virtual course takes place over six months, combining instruction, discussion and interaction to promote peer learning, networking, and application on the job. Orientation sessions will take place this December and January, instructional webinars take place from January-June 2026.

UPDATE: Applications for the Managing by Network Class of 2026 are open until ALL seats are filled. Selection is competitive. Applicants will be notified of their selection status starting November 20, 2025.

Individuals and members of federal, state, and local agencies, Tribes, and other organizations working in partnership on public lands and health, resource stewardship, recreation, education, and community engagement are welcome to apply. Meet our MBN Alumni
