Overview and Objectives
This training includes instructor-led webinars with presentations, interactive exercises, and group discussion. Webinar sessions are supported by course materials and instructional videos available on-demand.

Course Format
Find the Common Threads is a 15-hour online training delivered over five consecutive days. Live webinars are hosted in Zoom.
- Each day, participants meet in a three hour webinar with live instruction, facilitated discussion, and interactive exercises.
- Required assignments include videos, reading, and worksheets to be completed before and after webinars.
- This class involves substantial engagement. Your active participation is an important part of peer- learning.
- If you work in a cubicle, please find a closed door space so that you may fully participate.
Dates and Location
July 21-25, 2025; 1:00 – 4:00 PM EDT (register now)
October 27-31, 2025; 1:00 – 4:00 PM EDT (registration opens in September)
- Classes meet Monday through Friday.
- All coursework is completed online, no travel is required.

Fee: $950 USD
- The tuition fee includes live webinars as well as access to course materials, recordings, and resources.

Registration Process
- Class size is 25. This course is filled on a first come, first served basis.
- After registering, you will receive an invoice for payment.
- Upon payment, you will receive access to course links and materials.
- If the current session is full, you may join the wait list.
- Wait listed registrants may be added to the course if a seat becomes available.
