Leigh Goldberg
Leigh Goldberg supports organizations and professionals nationwide through executive coaching, partnership design, social science, public speaking, and applied training with a specialty in multi-sector collaboration.
Leigh has over 20 years of experience working in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors in strategic communications and marketing, advocacy and public affairs, and leadership and organizational development.
Leigh is considered a thought leader in designing and evaluating cross-sector networks and community collaboratives to achieve efficiency and innovation, systems-level problem solving and sustainable impact at scale. After completing a four-year study measuring and evaluating the collective impact of five partners and hundreds of community stakeholders, Leigh co-created a new model (the Partnership Impact Modelâ„¢) which is actively being used to advance the field of multi-sector collaboration in North America and beyond.
Leigh has had the honor of working with leading conservation nonprofits, public agencies, networks, marketing agencies, and consulting firms including: The American Alpine Club, American Mountain Guides Association, Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts, Deloitte & Touche LLC, Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, Land Trust Alliance, One Tam, the United States Department of Interior and the World Forestry Center.
Leigh has served as an invited panelist and presenter at state and national conferences including Stanford University Law School “Uncommon Dialogue” Annual Conference, Florida National Scenic Trail 30th Anniversary Symposium, and Colorado Open Space Alliance Leadership Development Program. She earned a B.A. degree in Sociology from Princeton University. She holds a Coaching Program Certificate from the Coach Training Alliance.
After living in Colorado for 16 years, Leigh relocated to the Pacific Northwest and now resides in Seattle, Washington with her husband. Outside of the office, she enjoys running on the trails, riding her bike, splitting firewood, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
