Sean Vogt is the Lahontan Cutthroat Trout (LCT) Recovery Coordinator for the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Service Office in Reno, Nevada.
He has spent the last 5 1/2 years trying to put the pieces together to allow recovery partners in the Lahontan Basin to move forward together and finally recover LCT; this has required working with Federal, State, Tribal, and NGO partners to complete complex, multi-year projects to fill voids and connect dots, as well as ask others to assist where social science voids existed.
Sean spent the previous decade learning about human dimensions and collaborative conservation as it related to marine conservation in southern California as a land manager and researcher.
