Sarah Palmer

Sarah Palmer is a Senior Program Manager for the DOI Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution. Sarah provides convening, facilitation, and consensus building to DOI bureaus working with external stakeholders. Her work covers a range of public policy topics from watershed collaboratives; advisory committees; Native American policy issues; and organizational strategic planning. 

Sarah helps support DOI bureaus in scoping and budgeting collaboration and ECCR work conducted through the DOI CADR IDIQ. 

Prior to joining DOI CADR in 2015 Sarah was a Senior Program Manager at the US Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution, of the Morris K. and Stewart L. Udall Foundation, from 1999-2015.
